annai situation idhi.. Emp A applied perm in 2013, got query meanwhile moved tosister comlany B. B Started perm and 140 also approved. Now company B and A merged...before that lawyer asked me to use perm from A and apply 140 to save 1 yr gc tinme. And now A's 140 i s in prrocess. A and B merged now.What is the worst thing happen? again you are confusing others.. the above statements are valid for people who are using AC-21 privilege after applying for 485 - it is a derived benefit of 485 ... the new proposed rule is getting away from the "applying for I-485 to use AC-21" clause.. samjhe ki nahin ? | ||

So GC employer might cancel 140 but for valid reasons Still employee is ok. Only in below conditions it's problem if employer found Corrupt or fraudulent. Even then employee may fight back by saying he is correct From his side paying taxes every year and getting paid every month And with future employer support  Driving is my PASSION. nee tenki.. you have to start GC process all over again kada..currently..and only at 140 approval stage ..you can use the old date new Proposed rule is..new GC process need not be started and existing..140 approval one time is good enough.. samajh ayyinda.. | ||

Rajusk Already similar rule exists After a year or so even u move to diff employer and if ur GC employer Cancels I140 still u can be in valid status provided u r working in similar line of work And u r getting paid same and more than the amount mentioned That's more than enough Driving is my PASSION.
