- After crossing 35 , Healthy food and exercise alone cannot alone save a person - Stress factors are inevitable in every walk of life - Food Chain adulteration, Lack of Natural Minerals in Water, Air Quality , Life Stress coupled with individual genetic patter is responsible for slowly builds contaminants in the body (artery block , cancers, liver issues, diabetics etc) - A Sudden stressful situation, or Event can trigger multitude of issues that can result in sudden heart failure, Heart Problems, paralysis etc - Regular checkups with healthy life style is the only option - if doc suggests tabs use it without fail. exercise, healthy life style cannot reverse the already built up issues not yet surfaced I am seeing many cases in India where the supposed to healthiest and fittest people are getting into trouble as they feel confident about their life styles , forgetting about other factors Only Medications and Regular checks can control these hidden build ups. |
