Only issue is how long one can continue having diet like that?
If any one asks that question for that my answer is

its like questioning how long one would want to live?
When one would need to be healthy?
Then what would be the answers. Same answer from myside too

Diet medhavu andaru ikkade unnattunnaru.. pls comment on my diet and suggest any changes. TIA

poddunne 4.30 ki lechi snanam, dhyanam ayyaka around 7 ki 2 or 3 dates, 4 or 5 nuts. then 1 Mile fast walk on tread mill for about 20 mins or so.

breakfast after that mostly cereal or sometimes fruit, or rarely dosa or something. lemon tea with no sugar or rarely coffee
then one banana around 11 and walk for about 3 miles.
lunch lo 3 or 4 chapatis with curry.
again nuts or some thing before evening.
night dinner lo again 3 of 4 chapatis.

Monday evening okkosari rice padachchu apart from parties and stuff.

current weight 150 lbs (perigaa) for a height of about 5'7".

Note: once a week additional 4 mile walk on a given day

weekend hair cut vellali.. car enduku ani.. run chestu ella up 6 miles down 6 miles. 12 miles..

ala post office ki. town office ki.. ee pani unna just run.. alredy near to 100 miles in the bucket.

too much fat loss ayyindi..

ila cheyyandi.. dindiki ettukokandi bokka.. mari pandulla thinakunda.. meka la thinandi..

i did once lost 5 kgs in a week and exercise chesanu whole week

it was tough, madagascar la lion ki donkey la chicken kanpinchinattu

andarilo chicken kanipinchdei mornings are harder rest fine

Daily exercise and daily healthy stuff is enough

Healthy stuff means
Green veggys and leafy veggys
Good nuts like almonds and walnuts
Fruits like apple pears and bananas
Protein source like quinoa, grilled chicken or lean meat like fish or egg etc

That's it

Me doing same every alternate day 4 miles cardio
And rest of days weights or strength training

Awesome feeling
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.

first move your ass and walk/run for at least 2 to 3 miles.

adhi chalu initial 5 to 6 pounds taggadaniki..

fat food and rice thindam maneshi. whole food like brown rice ... etc thinte inko rendu pounds..

try to eat only 1800 calories and burn 500 calories..

ee GM diets ela select chestaru saami.. dantlo oo protein undadu padu undadu..

you would never loose weight with this and you hurt ur body system

this is good to do once in a year...but as soon as u come to normal diet u gain the lost wt...

better is work out and strength training..

now i eat a lot and workout heavy ..no gain no loss..but need to loose so food taginchali...my biggest addiction is biryani..., rice ..pachadannam perugannam ...i eat heaps of rice so not able to cut ..but tryign to not to grow once had six pack :-(

Day 1: Honeydew melon, papaya and water melon in the day. Two cups of clear veg. soup in the night

Day 2: Mix veggies (cabbage, beetroot, carrot, onions, tomatoes) steamed with pinch of salt and pepper in the day. Two cups of clear veg. soup in the night

Day 3 (today): Started the day with clear veg. soup. Finished big bowl of mix veggies. Having fruits.

Feeling light and good... Inka 4 days undi to complete the cycle...
