1. Two a) Just one letter of employment from the company stating the job description. (I gave them my previous job desc and had it signed) and b) Personal letter stating that the jobs are similar and the requesting AC21 applicability 2. Using a). Your Perm application should have original job description. AC21 file cheyyataniki you can do it by yourself. But for RFEs, based on the type of RFE, I would take a lawyer's help. | ||
