good analogy. timing matters ultimately. BB case lo timing, hype baaga work aindhi.
first of, any director who needs to 'explain' his war sequences is one of two things - not confident on his presentation or just thinks audience is stupid. trishoolam strategy ani antha detailed ga cheppi, malla step 1, step 2, step 3 ani edho flowchart laga progress authadu. prethi chota prabhas is better than rana ani choonichi, last ki nazar tho aa protests, ramyakrishna announcement. everything is so staged and artificial. let things just flow man .. how he did in Eega. would have been so much better if he showed the unfolding of the strategy from the enemy's view point. the audience and the enemy both discover the strategy together. | ||

VFX and budget thappa weak movie from rajamouli. very underwhelming. I think Eega is still his best so far. hopefully BB2 has more intrigue and more char development. |
