I can completely avoid rice, and live on salads ... kani aa salad lo vinaigrette, 2-3 chicken pieces anna lekapote mudda digadu ... ofcourse banned all sweets ... even tea/coffee lo sugar kuda ... may be 1/2 packet sweetener in the morning ...

basic ga diet vishayam lo naku no complaints ... adi ela tagginchalo naku baga telusu ... workouts ke pedda em idea ledu, bothiga outdoor games em aadaledu chinnappatnunchi kudanu ...

In case of running either in treadmill or on the road follow this

Keep core tight breathe in and out
And run for few minutes or so and walk again a minute but
Be in same position and again run for few minutes
Again walk a minute etc

Always focus on your core and breathing you will automatically
Get control of your body and it improves stamina like anything

Note: To achieve quick results you must stop eating all junk
Don't give excuses for u like only one day a week etc

If at all u want to eat then take a oath on yourself like
First let me get in to shape and healthy then I will eat.
By the time you reached a point you yourself realize like
If I eat more than required then again it would be difficult
To maintain shape ane feeling so you will have more control on u

Once you reached that stage no body can scratch you.

nenu TM start chesinappudu target 3 mins aagakunda 5 speed meedha parigistte goppa (break 1 min and again 3 mins).. adhi chesaaka 10 mins increase chesaa same speed (same break). then time penchaledhu speed 5.5 chesaa and timings same. tarvaatha speed 6 and now 6.7-7.0 meedha ippudu aagakunda i can run 6 - 7 miles. outdoor aithe i will run for an hour with uphill and downhill combo tho. 6 miles it takes me ~60 minutes because of uphill..

So basic gaa 2 yrs gaa run chesttunna podduna TM ekkagaane mind seppuddi chaana parigettavu ee week. poyyi paduko ani.. dhaani maata inaku.. first 5-10 mins is crucial.. nee mind alisipoyyanu ani chebuthune untadhi.. inaku.. continue cheyyi and after 10 mins u start enjoying.. how r u guys monitoring HR when using TM
kooragayalu bandi type lo pattukuni walking aa...not good

above 4 mph, TM will scream at you to not hold sensor
dont get tied up in HR...just conc on breathing and increasing your stamina slowly
goonda suggest chesina 10% per week follow awwandi

it happens.. some people have problem with TM running or walking. Since this is summer, go out and walk/run. You'll have a fresh air and also abundant Vitamin D. Start slowly and increase 10% Week-over-Week. Start with 1.5-2 miles..and then increase.. try to signup for a race so that you can get motivated otherwise it will be hard to get out of bed and.
