em salaha vayya idhi...atleast 20 pounds over. Nenu 5 7, 137 pounds and it is just short of average.

Though exercise is useful and dieting should be frowned upon, diets are useful to keep things on control. Many people do not have a measurement guide for gym effort and calorific intake. I have a simple benchmark, running for 3.2 kms in the gym will burn around 170-200 calories which can all be put back by eating just one samosa. Use that frame of reference when you eat deep friend food and sweets.

You do not need to do fancy stuff like quinoa, flax seeds, omega rich food etc etc..eat your regular daily stuff - but go brown - brown rice, brown bread, brown sugar etc. Indian diet is usually rich in vegetables so indian food antha kummeyachchu as long as you stay away from deep fried stuff and sweets.

majority of ppl in DB or real world are not like u full fit they eat all junk and drink and more bad habits.

normal ppl who are out of shape no stamina full of junk for such ppl
diet is more important to get back to shape

valla kosam seputunna diet nee ku kaadu annitiki neeku seppinattuga lolli settav

neeku nenu seppetodina

btw horizontal pole lo attukoni hanging setta enni rounds kotta galavu seppu

ade pole attukon hanging setta pull up sesi half of body ni above the pole seyagalava
further legs up head down seyagalava seppu

maatikosate weights weights anta lolli settavu

coming to myself I can do one round by hanging walking with my hands
also I pull my head up above to the bar. I am at that stage now.
one fine day I would do pull my upper body fully above the the bar and come down
like that I do continuously 10 times

full body relys on your hands so that ur hands and upper body get toned like rock solid amma

Where as stop eating junk and deep fried stuff

Eat more green veggys no1
Eat egg or chicken breast every day
Eat quinoa or brown rice instead of white rice etc
Eat apple peaches with skin they give good fiber
Eat chia seeds which good source of fiber protein etc

Almonds pine nuts wal nuts pistachs etc
Almond milk avacado so many which gives good fat
Paina seppinavi Anni add cheste enough calories
Vacchestaai

Slowly junk in the body vanish aitadi
At the same time exercise Setta unte body also
Getting used to it

If any one continues like that 3 to 6 months
Body come to normal state it boosts enough confidence
To increase intense and keep higher goals

That's the right way of doing

you need that.. move ur ass and workout/run to burn stored fat.

My step 1 is come to the shape
Step 2 is now increase intake of course healthy stuff
And proportionately increase weights
And step 3 maintains this as long as I am alive

Even I eat more veggys I will have enough carbs
And enough proteins and enough vitamins needed for my body.

Little less also ok as my human body engine seeks sources of food
With in our body if u don't provide it takes fro the fat.

In this process fat from abs will be vanished soon.

If u still disagree with my statements then better we will have Bet.

I workout a lot same time eat crazy heaps of rice and pachadannam my addiction and biryani .., if rice ni control chesi kramasikshanaga tinte bruceleee laga ayyewadini with my work out...i burn min 700-1000 calories and run atleast 5 miles ...and also do total body ...

so far levels are good but def need to cut donw rice intake

Im 185 5.10 ...170 is idle so need to cut 10-15 pounds

always remember you muscle always increase your metabolism. if you just burn fat on diet it wont stay for long. Some day you have to eat proper food.

So better get more muscle and increase metabolism and make your body burn more fat.

As I work very late hours not having proper food

First one hour various tests ante final ga outcome et ante
Kidney function almost gone very serious go and see kidney specialist
And seppar as more protein coming from urine ani

Then I realized how much I abused my body
I went to see family doctor she also surprised
But warned me like anything I have to follow proper diet
And she guided me to kidney specialist and finally
Started taking medicines naaku prana beethi pattuknnadi

Daaniki thodu India lo baa family Prati saari ikkadiki vacchey
Vachhey Anta lolli it hurts me a Lott. I don't want go back India as
Patient and lead my of life there. I told them once for all I would want
Live here so I will take care of myself don't put me more tense and

Naa dreams anni teetakundane middle lo lone chapter close aitademo anukonna
Enni sleep less nights TV and movies helped a lot for me my lonelyness

Few months passed recovers to some extent and psychologically
Started retaliating when I ignore myself no one care for me
For me I am the most important so I started moving pawns to think and live
In +ve way. First most imp is physical fitness. So I just joined gym
And started doing irrespective of time in between took classes from other
Trainers just going on life with little improvent but not as I expected

One fine night I am doing my cardio
God came in the form new trainer smiled at me introduced himself to me
And he started complementing me like he seeing me since few days
Working out late nights so he wants to know about my goal etc
Then I said I want recover well so that I would want live my rest of life without any
Medicines

The he smiled at me and he said if I take private sessions then he can help to achieve
That goal

Now the change in my life started he guided me so well tabd correcting me while doing exercises
As he worked U.S. military and he taught me their exercises so well now I can do very well
With min or no observation.

Learnt what is really toning you body than just mechanically doing exercises
Few months ago my family doctor said stop taking medicines

Now no more medicines at all either muscle pain or any other pain

My only mantra is east healthy and keep core tight will do brethe in and out
As smooth as I can. That helping me out of all stresses and tensions

In that process keeping goals like 6packs etc to drive myself one level up and up

Gym and exercise is all and everything for me now and forever :-)

It's dangerous when u do forcefully when u have bulky stuffed stomach

So first stop junks start healthy stuff eat small qty and eat many times per day

Now when I keep core tight I feel my abs all the times
Until few months ago I don't feel my abs at all its full covered by far
Where as now I can control my abs like the way I control my hand or leg etc
Now I can control abs like biceps or triceps and other muscles etc

Lunch ki roti, salad, brown rice, quinoa upma, khus khus upma, boiled vegetables, etc etc etc... laantivi set cheyyi... turkey or chicken is ok.. mari non-veg totally stop cheyyalsina avasam ledu ani naa peeling...

Dinner ki again lunch items repeat cheyyi kaani more greens and less carbs set cheyyi...

Basically avoid white (rice, bread, flour, pasta etc) food and sugars... all set...

Nenu most of the time rice ki substitute ga oat meal curries and curd vesukoni thinta dinner ki. Rice thinte teleekunda ekkuva veluthundi edi ekkuva thinalemu. Try to walk at least 30 min a day. You can use atleast 1lb per week.

I also used to play table tennis 2 years back...tennis last year played...
