It is not my logic at all. I say that anybody caught in corruption must be punished. That is the only way some fear would be instilled in the minds of wrongdoers. I said repeatedly that this is why I am happy with Revanth's cash for vote episode despite my belief that TRS did horse trading at a far bigger scale than anybody else. However, when it comes to electing a government, I choose the lesser evil and the relatively better party/leader. Magnitude matters a lot in that. So I support the ones who show the best possible future for the state. Also, offering money for a vote in my view is a far smaller crime than looting the state treasury by giving away public resources in exchange of money for oneself. Sending auditor to indirectly threaten industrialists to give bribes is a far more serious matter than offering black money to an MLA to win over his vote. | ||

TDP also spends way beyond the stipulated limit in elections....known fact...only fools will deny...In my view, Lok Satta and AAP adhere to the limits to a large extent. Of them, Lok Satta flopped miserably in electoral politics, AAP ki chaala mandi free volunteers spent their own money and campaigned...technically that should be counted as election expense but candidate himself by be unaware so the declaration by candidate is right...also Delhi people are mostly urban and highly educated so AAP survived... TDP survived because they have been spending black money in elections and playing as per the prevailing system.... | ||

This is precisely what I have been predicting on this DB and the reason why I said I am happy overall with the Revanth Reddy episode. Although I support TDP as it way better than TRS and hasn't stooped down to the standards of being compared with YSRCP and Boko Haram, I love my country more and such mutual exposures will reduce dirty politics. People will be the ultimate beneficiaries...democracy will work better if parties do (to each other) what the courts and police have not been able to do very effectively.... | ||
