And Reliance Power might be losing a lot on interest payments on capital investments (foreign debts from China?) towards machinery also. Yes, losing a project is bad. Achievement: Reliance power to set up Gas power plant and lng terminal with an investment of $6bn in Bangladesh.. This is one of the big things signed during visit.. Inactual.. Reliance power shifting its 2400MW samalkota gas power plant to b'desh > Disinvestment of $1.5bn from India (Andhra Pradesh)..loss of employment for at least 250 high skilled manpower > Ironically, a power plant disinvestment in state that is assured 24/7 power supply (what a pity!!) > Dent to investor confidence in power sector.. who the hell will invest in India story..
