Godavari gave crop holiday completely in the past and this year RABI full record CROP....This year it was best for CROPS all over AP except few exceptions..... COURT issues from BIG heads are MAIN problem and Canal digging is always easy once land in hand compared to LIFT&pumping set up....... Last time when they went court GOVT compensation was 2 lakhs. Now CBN offered upto 25 lakhs(highest ever for these lands) so farmers started coming forward and hope for the best. There are new benefits that started to emerge from Pattiseema... - Guntur Channel+Ponnuru branch and Buckingham to get water along with Krishna delta for early Kharif just like OLD 80's days - West irrigations is proposing diversion to Kolleru through existing Budameru canal as early as June end.... From there to Aqua belt(Right now KOlleru gets full when Budameru floods around October) | ||
