Babu, Star Health antha daridrapu insurance unkoti undadhu. You can search on the net for their history of wrongful selling etc...

Maa personal case lo, my FIL took a Star Insurance as they had pre-existing medical issues. But later on once when my FIL had to be admitted to a hospital, they did not pay a dime, quoting lots of fine print in their policies.

Father above 65, mother below 65. Both have pre-existing conditions (diabetic) that Star Health is accepting.

above 65: 5 lakh coverage - Rs.20k premium/year (insurance covers 50%)
below 65: 5 lakh coverage - Rs.35k premium/year (insurance covers 100%)

Do the numbers look reasonable?
