I am on 1500-2000 mile road trip with college mates after long time....And this one I am posting from HOPE,Arkansas... HOPE for the best and based on what we heard capital has no issues financillay...Infact it's better than CBN expected for Capital.... But I will wait till land pooling(as one batch wants to delay ground breaking till November if not stop capital on technical grounds) complete to share more...... Some people estimated 1-2 lakhs migration maximum(means around 50 lakh families)... and CRDA has request for 15-20K employees capacity from central departments alone as of Today and this does not include - (250 banks minimum branches expected and some has to start state head quarters these are something we all missed from our imagination) - Hospital hub near amaravati which is going on with state TOP heads combined effort(CBN consulted harshavardhan and one more biggie to plan for this..He even went for a marriage just to impress a Indias top medical master mind) State Govt AIIMS(1500 for an average AIIMS and this may move to core area) High Court(2000 overall dependency minimum) Agricultural University(LAM is almost finalised and a matter of whetherr center or state does) Political Migration Media&TV private migration for works,living Shopping malls Schools and colleges migrations(7 international schools are expected to start work ASAP once pooling complete and they are reaching for land at the earliest) support staff Any Metro works staff if starts and CBN wants Capital plan to start parallel to Vij&Vizag city(and there is a reason for that and some people cry if we share why and trust me that helps state and we know why next year) labor workers to support above migration Hotels&Resorts(There is pressure to allow Resorts on Krihsna River with conditions above Amaravathi and this includes to be frank TDP leaders too and some India level TOP Biggies with state partners) GMR is one CORP that is showing interest on AP after hard treatment it had faced last few years SIX private universitiies are expected in next 3 years to start work and this includes one SIngapore Finally 46 Central departments already are DEMANDing to get land ASAP..... I had the list on paper noted from CRDA resource and left it at home on this trip so sharing what I remember... RBI,ED,STATE CBI new head quarters,AP GEO survey(500 staff and was shocked what they do but that is what they quoted to start with), Environment board, passport and state head quarters customs, Center funded HOme departments that include fire&brigades for any state, Just for ports&sea shore we get 10 departments is what I heard and there are in Hyd now....OIL&Natural gas is biggest puller of NON-state govt employess because AP has highest operations on ground and also in AP they have to have offices to save tax on AP operations.... Some people compared with Chattisgarh and forgot the minimum basics that AP state gets 4-5 times more central staff because of it's Population, Sea shore and OIL&Natural gas&Refinaries .... KOntamandi Siggu vadilesi edustunaru so I was holding on these kind of posts to my best.... By the way 25-35% of Capital expenses by state govt(not private and center) are recovered in CRDA area alone in before Phase-2 starts.... Above are trust worthy based on what I had long conversations and there are many more that I have come across from CRDA people and those I can't share now.... | ||
