This is Valid.. U need to have APPROVED H4 to apply for H4-EAD... or if u apply for May 26th.. u will get the H4-EAD only until the H4 is valid... 100% confirm!! | ||

Ante h4 ead gurinchi oka doubt ani meaning, h4 ead process doubt ani kaadanna maata..bp control .. ! Dharma Sandeham entante : I140 approved H1 valid till June 10th 2015 => Ext already applied, most likely approval prior to May 26th ! Current H4 obviolusly valid till same date June 10th 2015 ! H4 ext not filed yet H1 3 yr ext vachaka , may 26th na aa current h4 , direct EAD ki apply cheyocha showing h1's 3 yr extension ?
