CRDA ki janalu iccharante, thats because they are expecting anohter hyderabad in making in crda. who sold to private parties or who gave back to govt have teh same feelin. on top of that people are brainwashed by eenadu's photoshops and news articles. Are you talking once near NH5 or next to approved layouts?? I in person went around Annavaram and there they said 50 above showing Divis labs...This was there November to see our personnel loss in Apartment after Hughud and went around..Also this January.... Towards kavuluvada(just next village to annavaram in local ghat road) and there any land except few next to approved layout was less than 30 lakhs... But now they are talking minimum 50 lakhs it seems and that is bubble for sure....it is almost 60+ kilometers away from city... Investment in Vizag(atleast many far areas) is slowly becoming DEAD because we are talking RE plots only about 100 kilometers stretch from Achutapuram-Vijayanagaram.... In CRDA atleast they are talking GREEN ZONE so there is good chance for the 30K pooled people... In Vizag it is slowly becoming just a parade of "RE flags and ghat roads" like Hyderabad....VUDA giving lands to just RE is the main culprit... | ||

It is between NH5 and Beach....Around 65-70 kilometers from city center.. Until 7 months back "many" lands there were between 20-30 lakhs(except few near Nh5 kind of)...But RE got bumped with this airport talk and brokers overnight stated bumping just like any other case.... Land Pooling alone may not work in Bhogapuram...But Land Acquisition is suicidal...All these years govt's done acquisition paying peanuts.... Govt has to come with something else or else this will not move... | ||
