It is not the question who implements or when implemented but have plan at least....if we don't have plan and land in hand then future costs become unberable... AP is not Hyderabad where most of it is waste land and govt owned...So things become difficult if we don't go by plan... Take Vizag for example we wasted all lands giving them to politically motivated gangs for last 10 years..Now even to give to real companies we don't have land until Anandapuram junction on north side.... In Rushikonda(the most valuable land for any tourism project) they gave 10 acres to Christian Nursery brother Anil is behind..Now we are almost have few acres land to give for any tourism project... | ||
