Shanta sriram vallu kuda same scheme there for the office space beside dlf sez but I didn't like their pitch. Were being very opaque and felt they were doing an over kill. I attended their investment pitch a while back so as far as I remember fms charges will be taken from tenant. 25K lo service tax kuda included so in hand 23k chillara vastundi if we assume rental is 40 per sFt. Inka why I'm gun'ho on this project is because there is shortage of Grade 'A' office space in Hyderabad so as and when this gets completed it won't be having an issue in getting tenants. That's because municipal schools work there. That system has long since collapsed in India. Even if you are OK sending your kid to a government school, there are no teachers now and no focus at all. We are sending our kids to these pathetic international schools because there is no other go. (Not all.. some are fortunate to be residing near good schools in the city that don't cost a bomb) After paying Housing EMI, Car EMI, School fees - we are also leading a pretty BPL life in Hyderabad.
