Yeah many of the desi recruiters suck to core. so here is the story..I've subscribed to a mailing list to get emails from various recruiters/technologies..i did this to understand market, what techs are sought after etc etc..every other day i take a quick look at those..One such email today caught my attention.. It has this constraint. Onsite/Offshore experience, Insurance domain background, --> ok with DOB Proof (No Exception Below 1986 do not submit) -->?? Was curious on this..and responded back what they exactly meant..they responded back saying "This means we need you Date Of Birth proof to insure you are above 1986" nenu..  ee above below gola enti..Below 1986..what does this mean? 30+ uncles dont need to apply or under 30 youth with potta and tight abercrombies do not apply?? needless to say company is some junk..Business Integra inc..
