All utility bills, mortgage statement address, usps address tho track chestharu if you are occupying the property. Banks have very keen mechanisms to track this

15 year loan EMI will be 1100 for me. So tenant vunnathavaraku piccha safe.

u have to stay two yrs once you got a primary home. then only you can buy another prime home, otherwise it has to be rental or vacation home (vacation home ante current home ki certain miles distance undali, probably 100+???)

Bought for 155K and monthly rent 1250. Took a 15 year loan for 3.625. HOA dues 110. Property tax 160 and Insurance 50.

15 year loan EMI will be 1100 for me. So tenant vunnathavaraku piccha safe.

add insurance and repairs .. house usage and maintenance ( painting etc..).

Rather buy a cheep condo and rent it...

set up with handyman..
once you know the process, you continue to acquire more.
