Pele,I am not sure which place you are from. With complete idea on this fields I am telling you. With Acquisition(as per recent law also) they get between 8-36 lakhs.There is some political game going on. Less than 300 acres may get maximum 40-50 lakhs. Idea is to tease in all possible ways and in the last minute(if no court stay) participate in POOLING is the idea. | ||

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad high Court on Friday sought to know the stand of the Andhra Pradesh government on a petition challenging the land pooling scheme introduced by the state to acquire land to construct a new capital city for the state. Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy was dealing with the petition by Beemavarapu Krishna Reddy and 31 other small and marginal farmers of Penumaka village of Tadepalli Mandal in Guntur district. P. Sudhakar Reddy, counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the revenue authorities have deleted the lands of the petitioners from the scheme pursuant to the objection petitions filed under Rule-6 (2)(i) of AP Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (formulation and implementation) Rules, 2015. He contended that as per Rule-7 of CRDA Act, the authorities bound to pass orders deleting the lands from the scheme by citing the reasons. The CRDA authorities have announced that the farmers under the Capital Region are permitted to raise crops only for the present season. He said deletion of petitioners’ land from the scheme may lead to forcible acquisition as the petitioners are solely dependent of the land for their livelihood. Additional AG Dammalpati Srinivas submitted that the petitioners’ plea on the issue was premature. HC maintained that at present, the rights of the farmers are not infringed. | ||

nenu cheppedi recent central govt ordinance gurinche from central govt. I read that too.. in land acquistion govt has to pay me 8000 per sq yard. I know the ppl who filed case in high court yesterday. After talking to one retired judge and some revenuve dept guy only i signed paper as No for land pooling. | ||

akkada acquisition cheyyali ante govt ki vaasi potundi. as per recent law.. they have to give 4 times of registration value and 20% of land in another place for farming land. for non farming lands 2 times of registration value some expenses that too with 70% agreement of ppl in that village.. | ||

Govt has answers for all the questions that court may raise... deniki entha kavali...entha planned city anedhi chepthaaru court ki... and court kuda 100 acres lo katteskondi ani order cheyyataniki ledhu...its the decision made by assembly...courts em cheyyalevu... kani aa vundavalli, mandadam lanti bezawada ki close ga vunna areas lo prices are more than 1cr per acre even before state division...coz of their proximity to bezawada city... so vaallu oppukovatam ledhu for this 1300sqyrds land... they want 1600sqyrds... govt wont give it as it will messup the whole process... so, naaku vinipistunna solution is...ee villages vaallaki proposed Financial district(on the banks of River) lo land allot chestaaru which will be much more expensive in future than other land...final banam idhe vadhulthaaru...andharu salla ga ichestaaru choodandi | ||
