Be realistic vjwaa no one is going to move immediately to AP other than government officers & some blue collar workers. All these villas and gated communities are usually bought by IT employees so until and unless some jobs shift elsewhere these people are going to stay put here. If the central government comes up some perks in this budget for housing then sales will pick up again. The prices in Hyderabad have bottomed out and they are not going to go any lower so if you ask me this is the best time.
