idi apohaa non veg thinte u may get little sooner but that does not mean that only non-veg vallane muscles vastaayi ante wrong so called lion or tiger eats animals that inturn eats grass so ultimate is plant based protein for me protein source is quinoa, chia seeds and organic protein powder from plant based i.e. misture of pea, hemp chia and brownrice I consume min 4 scoops per day i.e. 4* 21 = 84 grams soon I am gonna increase make it to 6 scoops as I am going to increase more weights in coming weeks. Ultimately I should consime min 120 grams or protein per day. Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. |
