I have seen n number of times in various Telugu associations where people group by caste, region and then vote en mass to the candidate that fits their caste or region. In 2008, there were candidates who would sponsor TANA/ATA membership for all the people who would vote for them. First the person contesting would create/pay for memberships for perspective voters and then the ballots would go from a single source. Same model would be replicated again in this scenario it would be for General elections. | ||
