Colbert: Needs to go. Strictly speaking, last year ee issues (OLB, Secondary) unnayo.. this year same issues unnayi. No improvement. Only Defensive line improved. Tomlin: Pros: 1. 2-6 team ni 8-8 chesadu. with lot of talent lost. that takes guts. Look at jets, skins etc.. how they crumbled with low confidence. 1.a. 2 8-8 seasons dont matter. Remember that With healthy Drew brees, sean payton is not even 8-8 and still considered better coach than Tomlin. 2. He fired Bruce Arians and was able to get along with Haley. 3. He mended rocky relationship between his Franchise QB and OC. Other normal coaches cant do that. 4. He lost his trusted aide, RB Coach Kirby Wilson replaced with Vikings RB coach and got Bell to have a record season. 5. Even though he is a 4-3 guy. He lets his DC run 3-4.. so he allows assistants to experiment and use their strengths. Cons: 1. he makes bad decisions like supporting Mike Mitchell and Blount etc. 2. his player evaluations are not always good. 3. Losing to inferior teams is something that needs to be handled. Lebeu tatha: He should retire. his playing soft coverage will not stop aaron rodgers and andrew lucks of upcoming generation. but he is a legend. one of the greatest assests of NFL. 50years he is involved at highest level of NFL. As a top level CB of detroit lions.. with records that r valid till now. He invented zone defense which got him 2 rings. and for 10years that kind of defense was in top 3. How can you fire such a person?? at age 77 he stands on sidelines and commands his army. Its like firing vince lombardi. annai...haley vassina first 1-2 seasons lo both were not in synch...ben did not like the offense as it gave him less freedom...but even in those first ben toook less hits than earlier...if in arians offense, he took 100 hits, after haley came,he may be took 60 hits...after munchal came,it further reduced to may br around 45-50 hits... main difference is philosophy...arians offense built around deep ball..so ben held it longer and more hits...haley offense is short and quick...so immeditely no. of hits reduced...munchak came in and took it to next level in reducing ben hits...munchak's stamp is running game...we never really had a running game for about 4-5 yrs until this season with munchak.. | ||
