Teams have to escrow the amount of fully guaranteed contracts. Rmoving the fully gtd portion from Brady's contract eliminates that for Pats. |

I tend to disagree ... This is kind of a timing issue ... Deep ball u throw in 2-3 times at max .. From the past 4 years brady was used to throwing a deep ball to midgets .. So he has to either overthrow them or hit them on stride .. He cant take a chance of hitting them and under-throwing them because that will be INT'd ...
The same thing is getting repeated ... He is trying to do the same .. Hitting in stride or overthrowing them ..because he does not have the confidence in receivers like tyms to get it from the air ..
In 2007 when moss was there .. it was a different story .. he can afford to underthrow it because he knew if moss does not catch it .. he will not let others catch it ..
Same thing was done with gronk on the go route couple of weeks back .. He underthrew it but still gronk went and got it .. |

depends on what team you are....if you think you are just 1 piece away from going to the suerbowl...i would make the trade for 1 player and give up 2 first rd picks...if that player is special....as i know that i most probably will draft very late in first rd as i am a good team..
But, If am the browns/titans...i know that i am mediocre and several peices away from contending...so i would not give up picks.. |

also when falcons made that trade...they were winning 10-12 games every yr...so their 1st rd pick will be in 23-26 range which is not as valuable as a 4 or 5 pick..
looking at falcons angle..."hey, we are already a strong team..13 wins,,,and if we get julio, we become better...so we will be drafting essential around 25-28 spot...where that first rd pick not as valubale as a no.5 or no.6 pick...so we are not giving up much for a player who will play 10 yrs at a high level for us |
