no alcohol, no sugar here.. rice one time in a day.. sweet at least 3 in a week(Karachi halwa). No sugar in tea. One cup morning tea(with fat free milk from costco). Does avoiding Milk help? I am not too big belly but there is a huge potential to reduce... :-+| (Wifey buys sweets and keeps on fridge)...to tempt |

Emo nenu adi try cheyyaledu. i stopped taking milk and yogurt. Started eating more pulses and vegetables to replace my protein and vitamins that i get from Milk. I did that for 1.5 months... and belly fat poyindi.. then i slowy started crunches and then taking some milk in mornings and yogurt for lunch. Dinner lo no yogurt. But last 3 months nunchi parent unnaru intlo... so morning, evening yogurt tho pot belly is back.... malli Jan lo start cheyyali. Ranbir Kapoor is god of acting |

crunches help.. but if you are eating lot of fat... and you are doing crunches then what happens is you are building musle on top of that you are building fat... so meee stomach inka ekkuva bayataki vasthadi. So, before crunches you need to get your diet right. Diet is a very personal thing, its like shoe size. There is no one size fits all diet, if someone is sayinng that then they are lying. Diet is a very personal experiment, it like trying different underwear to get the right comfort and purpose. Try various things for 2-3 weeks and see if they are working for you.. and then change. 1. try stopping white rice 2. try stopping dairy 3. Try stopping non-veg 4. try stopping Sweets, if you eat a lot. 5. try stopping tea and coffee Edo okati neeku manchi effect isthadi... naaku Dairy products tho waistline up and down aythadi... migathavi effect chupinchavu.
