i see postives will generate more money , but indirect impact of negatives will be more as it will impact more number of people.. instead of choosing VGTM area as a capital , they wud have chooosen developed vizag as a capital and wud have moved on... now with hudhud we have seen what is impact on vizag , we shud have taken more environmental measure to control in future.. i am not sure howfar vizayanagaram is vizag , as it is low profile city , they shud have acquired land easily compared to vgtm area..and wud have build nice city complared to Tullur one... and govt shud have decalred 4 districts east G , West G , krishn and Guntur as a Agri zone and provided more facilities to improve quality/quantity of agri products which wud have helped many ... | ||

Transportation : as off now there is 1 or 2 lane roads to all these places..now we have to construct 4/6 lane roads , train transportation...which will be more cost... so negatives are: more compensation huge impact on environmental huge impact on agri products huge cost to setup infrastructre and transportation.. Positives : 1. capital is in center of state , easy accesibility to all 2. spending limit is high for guntur/krishna , it can see more potential to grow in the lines of hyd/blr 3. More spending limit , more private jobs like banks , restaurants and more revenue and more tax to govt. | ||

next.. impact on krishna river: to build a new capital starting scratch and to setup proper infrastructure: need lot of water , sand , resources...so everyone depend on krishna river for either water or sand.. now it self river shrinked to 1/4th compared to 92/94 time..we used to stay in amaravathi till 91..so i knew how it used to be.. and all or some part of wastage also will be directed to River as it is easy.. in next 10years it will have huge impact on river and might become another moosi river... | ||

My opinion: planned 30,000 acers Development : general 40/60 raio lo land developmnet ki pothundhi iwth 30/40/60 feet roads. But capital needs min 60 , and 100/120 feet roads to control traffic...so i am assuming 50% will go into development so after development we will have 15,000acers. Farmers contribution : GO say give 1000/1200/1300 sq yards to farmers based on land..say approximately 1200yards given per acera....means 1/4 acera.. developed land given to farmers: 1/4th means , 7500 acers. Remaining land for capital construction : 7500 acers As govt has choosen all private lands , 25% of them will be given back to farmers once after it is developed..if govt land ni plan chesi unte , ee wastage tappedhi.. | ||
