as long as she is capable of ok bro but I see majority of ppl their dependents are not up to the market so showing fake exp no prob but while working how quickly they grasp and do work efficiently and productively is more important. So I dont say bad every one but majority of ppl cannot as they were not working for many years and all of sudden start working they might not perform well ani naa adi idi  Driving is my PASSION. very few ppl get benefited by this rule Those H4 dependents whoever studying and able to jump in job can do otherwise as usual first job show some fake exp (this every one do) and put effort learn while working ( I dont think many do this) ultimately few get benefited instead of that if they would have given EAD to the entire family for those who got approved 140. Inclusive of primary. Thats awesome rule benefit to primary applicant to get better job and better opportunity Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. | ||

H4 EAD RULE APPROVED EFFECTIVE DATE MARCH 2015 Everyone wants to know when H4 can get to work they are eagerly waiting for years now. The Breaking news is H4 EAD rule will be effective from 2015 March 4th . That is correct from march 4th H4 people will be able to apply for EAD and work for any employer and anywhere in US. USCIS has already started making all the necessary changes in the websites to make sure this rule can be implemented without any loop holes. H4 Visa Holders EAD Eligibility 2014 Rules NOT all H4 visa holders are eligible for the Employment Authorization Document ( EAD). H4 Visa holders have to fall under one of the below category to be eligible for EAD. Have an approved I-140.or ( The I-140 refers to the Immigrant Petition for Alien work to get permanent residence – aka Green Card – in United states ) Have been granted extension to authorized stay beyond 6 years under AC21 Act. ( The American Competitiveness in the Twenty-first Century Act of 2000 (AC21) allows H1B visa holders seeking lawful permanent residence ( Green Card) to work and stay in United States beyond the six year limit, if their PERM/Green Card Processing is pending ) Benefits analyzed: This new rule will enable about 97,000 H4 visa holders to be immediately eligible for employment authorization ( EAD). Hence the department is preparing for the same till march 2015 30,000 H4 visa holders would be eligible annually going forward to avail this EAD facility. The rule will be published in the federal register on first week of Jan 2015. H4 holders should have below checklist ready for getting EAD 1)Ensure you have around 350 to 500$ for filing fees 2)download I-765 form and have a look at the same 3) you spouse H1b I140 approval notice . 4)Copy of Passport 5)Copy of I-94 6) Two photographs 7)Copy of SSN (If you have) |
