first of all...10k is not marathan coming to point...3 miles 22 mins lo kodathavaaa..tooo good...10 miles shouldnt be too much of a problem to u amma....aa first 3 miles pace thagginchi long distance ki try cheyyi...right now treadmill meeda runningaaa? if so bayata cheyyi...bayata long distance easy compared to treadmill...evaranna company unte matladukuntaa parigethandi...oka 3 4 times 4-5 miles try chesi..next time go for 7-8....bayata 7-8 practice chesthe chaaalu..in the race 10 miles kotteyochu... stretching is very important amma  |

Only the right fit shoe will not cause any discomforts.. ankle problems, shins, knees, thighs, lower back etc etc... marathon running ante maatalu kaadu... legs lo muscles, tendons anni sinigi saatayipothaayi... after you find the correct shoe, then start training for long distance running.
