I hope USCIS doesn't offer free ride to H4 spouses by giving away EAD's who didn't experience any hardships in ths US and bring down the salaries of the high tech jobs.

but bhayya... ippudu 140 is owned by a company.. vaadu unless he files for 485 manaku EAD raadu.. so the only option i see is 140 has to be owned by govt now and not by companies to file for 485...
Even under current rules....you can change jobs after 6 months of applying for AOS. There will be no issue even if employer revokes 140. |

One douting.. LPR ante legal permananet resident.. And we usually call i-485 application as permananet application.. Now where does 140 came in to picture? I-140 and lc does not come under permananet status..your PR application is 485.. Please clarify? |
