kiki final gaa decided to go with t-mobile, looks like att is ripping a lot. pros: (1) any device is cheaper than what att is selling for no-contract (or contract) service there by price and also tax is less compared to att (2) it offers in flight free texting (where flight is equipped with gogo) (3) no roaming charges for data (4) (almost) every-where in the world free data (speeds could be slow...but hey it is free) and free text (in india, if you have SMS, u dont need calling, kiki) (5) you can use ur usa number in anywhere in the world for just 20cents/min (in case of emergency u can use ur phone for making calls and remember that free texting is already at your continence) (6) for additonal 10$/month free unlimited landline calling to india (and 69 more countries). + for additional 5$/month free mobile-to-mobile to india (+29 more countries). Annai... nenu koodaa okappudu contract lo vundi baagaa vodilinchukuni, learned lessons. I used to be on 3 years contract for Cingular wireless.. lost lot of minutes per month as my usage is well below the minimum contract options. So, switched to TMobile prepaid in 2004. Now coming to your suggestion, I will try that option after I am dead ;-0 | ||

if I have t-mobile, does ATT pay the contract termination fee? also if i am on ATT does t-mobile pay contract termination fee? naa peanut brain ki oka kotta idea vachindi: let us say I switch to ATT now and stay for couple of months and then I switch to T-mobile/Sprint, can I keep my ATT phones and have the T-mobile/Spring pay the penalties to ATT and gimme the new phones????? naa phone usage anta bandaga emi undadu. oka sari phone konte min two years life untadi. so far anni two years contract ee. every two years ki oka sari contract teesukuntunna. kaani vichitram emiti ante, after two years phone usable/sellable condition lo untalevu. so after the contract throwing the phones into recycle bins due to laziness. so, assuming that I am ready for 2yrs contract, and need 5+gb (shared data is ok) data with tithering capability suggest me best options I can get with two brand new samsung-note-4 or iphone-6. Jeffa , ur personal requirement is to use cell ph for JUST ph calls But we majority do reply office mails, buy movie tkts , do online shopping and personal banking ( including cheque deposits money xfers only on cell Also instant wweather alerts, commute video watching , dbing what not ! Cell ph is now personall assist ******************* Thabi, I also do all those activities on my phone(if not, I dont need to spend $300 on iphone 5s) but I do them on wifi(at home or at work). I also had an on-demand data plan in my Lycamobile pre-paid plan, if required, I put it on, its 4cents per mb or something. I only used it to order a pizza since online order gave a pizza coupon and few times to find address on the way). Having cell phone data plan is like having cash in pocket in the mall. You spend without counting as you need to dump the cash when you are getting out of the mall(if your data dont carry-over to the next month). I dont compromise to use cell data if its extremely required. But I can postpone some activities onto Wifi) | ||

depends on how often you want to change your phone. If you r kind of a person who uses phone until it breaks, no contract is always the best. if you are a person who dont mind paying a little more and spend some time selling your old phone, co-contract is till better. If you are a person who wants to change often and dont want the head ache of selling the phone - T-Mobile no-contract but jump program is better. if you are a person who dont mind using last years model, no contract is better. list goes on...
