i found in comments section... The paradox is simple. Plan B worked giving humans a chance to build the Tesseract and also knowing the history of Cooperâs mission due to Emilia starting the colony. It probably took them much longer to discover how to manipulate gravity and obviously cost everyoneâs lives on Earth, so âtheyâ(we)found it necessary to try and go back in time to help Cooper and make sure plan A worked.
