Guru:For suppose chest-back Legs- shoulders
ee year beginning lo i was legs-chest-back legs-shoulder-back as the lifts started to get heavy i went to two, now 1 muscle group but making sure the intensity is there in terms of total volume, doing pyramid sets, drop sets to wind up last 15 mins of wts i always do on avg 20 min cardio ( elliptical) at the end also basic gaa listen to body , i wont do heavy legs or back just because it is legs days . I am probably eating just enough to lift there are days where I have to drag my ass around in first 15-20 mins to get into the groove but increase intensity from then on what I doing these days shoulder day - shoulders heavy plus incline bench press back (depending on weekday vs weekend)- weekday - bent over rows plus deadlift or only bent over rows legs - squats - walking lunges chest - BB press, decline db press I am not able to do more in the given time and mood, but maintaining intensity and volume...all heavy sets are in 5-6 rep range to not exhaust myself |

in the new plan, what are your lifts/compound workouts ? typical gaa day 1,2 type lo cheppu I went through this last month, came down from 2-3 muscle groups per session to almost 1 these days |

Earlier I used to do cardio and lifting in same session but off late it's either or..working out well so far coz when I m lifting, I do the whole body mostly compound workouts. Ippud I want to change and squeeze in 15-20 min cardio and target 1-2 major muscle group but..cardio cheya gane lifting ki motivation raavatle...tried switching it but still same issue.
