Iv Sunil bro My trainer said u can do it But of course with proper diet U know earlier when I used to eat race and junk food It's very difficult to bend abs part very painful As I stopped since a year Now my abs are not stuffy like earlier so I am able to bend well Now I can easily squeeze my tummy well without any difficulty All I have to do is consistency very well organized very controlled And with passion and determination That's wat I am targeting in new year Driving is my PASSION.
