the answer goes back to the roots of division itself. lets consider a classic situation. where u have to distribute 16 biscuits to 4 puppies. How many biscuits does each of those puppies get? the answer is 16 / 4. Similarly.. if u have X biscuits and Y puppies, the answer is X / Y. //// Now, if you set Y = 0, it means that.... if you don't have any puppies, how many biscuits does each puppy get? ///////////////// So... the point is... whenever you face questions like these, the answer is undefined.
