Hyderabad in the long term will be fine.

Unless you have some Zimbabwe type policies, the positions so called vacated by Andhras will not be occupied by T. It will be taken over by Northies and others. T-politicians will become slaves to the Northies and nothing will change. the same hard work to success route has to be taken like everyone else. Hyderabad ni denkali ani chudatamu is not a good strategy, damage to reputation is permanent.North Telangana is in deep trouble, will get very little industrial development. Without Hyderabad's economic and cultural might, T is unattractive .

Influx !!!!!--- do you know the outflow due to government of AP shifting from Hyd- thats in lakhs over short time period (5 years max). Somebody in DB made estimations that it would be around 30K plus employees. Most of them are probably well off so they will own a house which needs to be disposed off. It will overhang on the already new inventory.

No denying the fact Hyd is a good city and eventually rebound; But who will fill the gap (may be more migrants from orissa and bihar). IT is already priced into the prices.

Yup VJW is hyped up but thats just hot money chasing for alternate place to HYD. It will burst too but they will wait for HYD to play out first.

VJA is overkill....I agree 100%...but lot of black money and rich folks are putting it up and people's mentality is they dont want to sell for cheaper prices after seeing the exorbitant prices....

now HYD sangathi choosthe...total admin failure...lot of prjects cancelled due to poor admin by kcr and co...

big players apprehensive abt hyd..

Andhra people who are the bulk buyers have put off their purchases due to hatred...

Once spl status or projects come to Vizag/VJA....I doubt HUD will take off....also HYD has huge land ...soo supply is more...

I own another site near HayatNagar (koheda/torrur) @1200/sq ft. I bought this around 2006 before the T agitation gained momentum. I am not even sure if the going rate is this much in that area anymore. Do you know of the going rate in this area? I want to see if it makes any sense to cling to it further (or) sell it if I can find any buyers.
