bagundhi guru mee routine...keep it going.....not much else needed. unless you want to cut drastically.... I play raquet sports full year.....but cannot go for running.....Walking works for me....somehow running doesnt interests me except for a very small distances....walk antey praanam......janaalu yedipisthunnaru kooda....adedo cinemalo sutti veerbhdra rao la thayar ayyav ani.... so naa view lo.....walking does work.....but you need to have loads of time..... afternoon walk enduku vaddo cheppandi.....i used to go swimming before lunch for 3 yrs....before.....ofcourse office complex loney undedhi kabatti....boss evado cheppadu....metabolism peruguddi....excercise before eating ani.....pedda ga search cheyyaledhu topic meedha..but stuck to swimming atleast 40 lenghts before lunch.... nenu 5 meals a day(plenty of veggies, plenty of protiens, brown rice/oatmeal/whole wheat bread, 0 fat, 0 sugar) tintunna 4 weeks nundi. so far so good. 4 kgs tagganu. ofcourse I am 104 anukondi.. exercise not yet started.. exercise cheste ne difference vasthadi significant gaa.. |

Boxjumps, frogjumps, burfees , jumpingjags will burn good calaries ... squats will help you gaining thigh strenghts which will help you doing other exercises ... keep always in gym mood .. |
