I used to watch videos from Muscle and Fitness, Milos Sarcev and Tom Holland but now I do whatever my coach instructs me, one of my favorite book which I highly recommend is "Strength Training" from DK you can easily find the pdf on the net.

I am usually very undisciplined with my diet, but whenever I want to lose weight I lose around 15-20 KG's in 3 months

Workout

Morning : 20 Mins running on treadmill, Weight Training (one body part each day)
Evening : 4-5 KM jogging

Diet

BreakFast : Oats with Milk (No Sugar), 30 grams Whey Protein
Lunch : 1 Bowl Rice with Curry, curd and Grilled chicken (two times a day)
Dinner : Two Chapathis with Curry

3-4 cups of tea
