On the name of democracy, it has become a menace in India to place a STATUE everywhere. Govt must ban this culture with immediate effect.. What irks me is: ALLU RAMA LINGAAIAH - I am a die hard fan of Chiru as an actor and as a person. I avoid to comment him as a POLITICIAN, because he is not worth to even comment. Just because he is a towering personality in Telugu movies, he cannot encourage such brain washing tactics to put their legacy or family in limelight. Allu was NEVER a great comedian. He never acted in a full length role in any movie, other than being a side kick to villians. Just because he acted in 1000 movies, does not mean he is a personality that his statues are put across all cities. Vizag and now Vijayawada. Have some sense of shame to Chiru / Allu family who are no less than Christian Missionaries who are spreading their religion thru conversions / forced conversions. If yuo think he is the greatest then build a statue in your home and do pala abhishekam every day and drink that.... Satyanrayana who is a great actor has not got a PADMA SRI till date, Allu got in 1990's due to his rapport with Congress. Raj Babu, Relangi, Padmanabham were such wonderful comedians who brought laughter to millions of telugu movie lovers are sidelined, but govt has instituted an ALLU award in the Nandi award category. Chiru family has anyways put the ALLU AWARD..let them give every year on their personal merit. This crime is no less than Jagan who installed / erected YSR statutes in every city & village in AP / Telanagana. A corrupted CM who was in office for just 6 years does not need any such idol worship... NTR, ANR, Chiranjeevi might be the ICONS, but stop forcing the people to idolize your families and dynasties for ever..You are creating the same irking feeling which Congress does by putting the GANDHI (Nehru) family into forced limelight |
