The more cameras started covering matches the faster pakistani reverse swing skills faded. Do you see a link here?
Reverse swing is legit and can be achieved on certain grounds under certain condition. But, Paki bowlers could do it everywhere due to ball tampering.

Kapil Dev was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award at a ceremony in the House of Lords in London. And this is what he had to say about the English (tongue in cheek, we assume!)
"I am happy they [England] gave us [India] the game of cricket, which they can't play very well, and the English language, which I can't speak very well."
Kapil Dev received this award for his contribution in the cricket & for his work in the upliftment of poor & detitute communities through the Khushi Society.
This award was given by Indo-European Business Forum (IEBF) on wednesday evening
