I've no issues with the thread or knight frank study but the premise that hyd will go dogs after division is far fetched from reality. Most of the RE biggies from Bangalore are coming to Hyd so what does that say about the sentiment?

Of the buyers 32% are looking at properties that are less than Rs 20-40 lakh range (HSI 113) while 29% are looking to buy property within Rs 40-60 lakh range (HSI 113). Properties below Rs 20 lakh (HSI 113) comprise 19% of total respondents.
Of the respondents 23% belong to the IT sector (HSI 107) while 9% are self-employed (HSI 106).

unless northies invest , hyd will not see any good improvement in the next one to two years in residential front.

REIT lu vaste commercial space emmanna improve avvachu as hyd is very less priced compared to Chennai and Bangalore where as ROI is better in hyd.

but it will take another 6-9 months for these REIT to commence their operations.
