When I am doing kettlbell with sit ups

I did not feel much pain as I used less weight ones

Now post work out I started feeling little pain

It it bcos of my body reacting now?

And that too I observed wat u know

When I open hand lifing time it's paining like hell
Where as with closed hand positioning feel too
Good and able to lift well so I did.

Any way if it continue then I would see physician
In the mean while I would wann know co fitnesssers
Opinion. Whether they also experienced or not

If so what they did to come back normal
And how long it took to become normal,

Note I wann cure this natural way without taking
Any medicine

1)Avoid weights till you are comfortable.
2)GO for weights only when no pain.
3) lift only that much so you do not feel any pain.

I got tennis elbow pain been suffering since a week

After the gap today I started doing exercise again

This time I did no go to heavy weights

I did cardios and also
I just did squats that too 25lbs maximum

I still have 30% of pain.

Is that ok or does it increases pain again

Curious to know
