US is much better in this aspect than Europe. Europe view any infringement of their annual July - August holidays as sacrilege. It is bigger than the year end holidays. Countries shut down almost, companies also close down for 2 weeks. In Germany or France, employers have to pay a penalty if they ask their employees to cancel their holidays or work on their holidays...David Cameron is on leave in France... | ||
