No one beyond OCT 2009 received RFE in last two months. Even if someone said they received RFE's either they are not honest or they are dreaming.

I'm closely working with attorney's office and so far we haven't seen any rfe's beyond Oct 2009.

No guarantee..they will keeping giving GCs until visa numbers are exhausted for the year.

OCT 1st 2009 varaku dates move authayi. all people whose dates are within OCT1st 2009 received RFE's. That's the signal for movement.

There is slight possiblity of moving dates beyond OCT 1st 2009, lets hope it will move.

PD moves to Aug 1st 2009, only folks with PDS untill July 31st 2009 are eligible, August 1st 2009 folks are ineligible
