In this case, they salary cap will be increased for future years. If all teams are spending more than the cap, the players pay into the escrow account on a pro-rated basis. I agree...Cavs vs Bulls will be close. Bulls improved a lot (even without Rose)..because they added 3 big offensive pieces. I don't like Cavs health and defense. I would have traded Kyrie+Benett for Love+Rubio and kept Wiggins to defend the opposition's best player. Lebron, Kobe unna teams lo PG waste...so Rubio saripoyavaadu and he is a much defender who can actually defend the 20 or so NBA star point gaurds. | ||

Appudu max contracts will be like 10 million...then stars will have even more incentive to play together as their salary is negligible compared to their endorsements. I think there is already a decent parity because of the way draft is set up. NFL lo there is more "parity" is because its 1 game elimination in play-offs. Its like T-20 vs Test cricket where any team can upset a better team over a period of 20 overs. So, if NBA makes it a 1 game elimination like NCAA tournament, you will have lot more teams winning championships. But, owners get a lot more money with 7 game series...so they wont have parity. Bringing down the salary cap to 40 million will not even change the parity by 1%....same distance ni millimeters badulu centimeters lo measure chesinattu avutundhi anthe. Yeah, Cavs are already over the cap. That is why they need a trade to get Love (they need to send out atleast 10-11 Million salary to get a 15 Million player). If they traded Wiggins before signing him, his salary would not count in the trade. Now that Wiggins is signed (5.5M)+ Benett (5.5M) will be enough to complete the trade. After a rookie player is signed, they need to wait at least 30 days before the trade....so this akward waiting period. Techincally, they cannot agree to a trade before 30 days but both teams will deny that they agreed. From next year, they will be way over the salary cap because Kyrie's extension kicks in. So, they will only have a 3M or 5M exception (depending on their total salary) for any new free agent. | ||
