Yeah, now I am back to normal diet and life in general. But I do see the effect of eating junk food soon. Usually if I eat out for 1 week outside, I feel sick. I crave for home cooked "healthy" food. And also working out helped a lot. Most docs say 20-30 min of moderate exercize per day is good to keep migraines down. I do feel like sweating it out. Makes me relaxed.
