Evening almonds one fistful as snack Before work out 2 cup of Fage non flavored Greek yogurt with blue and rasp berries Night one cop of Quiinoa and veggys like Brussels sprouts or bracolli or beans etc Those all diet coming to exercise Morning 30mins cardios I start with 4 speed Elevation 2 maintains 5 speed still 2 elevation And in every 10 minutes I go to 8 speed and 4 elevation for a minute Next weights at night All machine weights and free weights No matter if what u do this for a month or so u will see the change in u. chala different type of regimens unnaayi vunkl.... if you are interested check out insanity kind of stuff, definite ga work avuthaayi.. if you are sincere. asthma antunaar kavatti, need to be erry careful with any type of workout. as long as you are working at it regularly results guaranteed in almost any regimen. wieghts based ayina, cardio based ayina. i have treid a few kick boxing classes..avi kooda too much pani chesthunaayi... nee interest ni batti okati choose chesukoni give 6 months of full devotion.. aa tharvatha you wont look back. if keeping yourself motivated is the main problem, i always suggest a trainer.. even for three months... konchem karchu ayina.. it helps to keep you in track.. and usually ppl tend to keep up wit the good work they have done. |

i did nothing out of my regular diet and regime to target just this aspect however, your Q got me curious and I read on ways to increase HDL and saw a bunch of options this is what I have common with the suggestions the web has thrown eat nuts : i eat about 20-25 almonds at my desk on weekdays eat peanut butter sandwiches about 3-4 times per week eat whole grains like rolled oats about 4-5 times per week eat 2-3 whole avacados per week eat about 20 eggs per week (one quarter of qty is whole rest are whites) spread my meals to 4 times a day or greater workout 4-5 times per week ...where high intensity is about 15-20 mins in the total workout time(1 hr session) hit lower body twice a week - barbell squats, lunges i have no reference point ...whether my levels were bad a few years ago or not if your brother says...nothing to worry about lower levels...may be you should not stress too much on the numbers |
