I am here suggesting u by implementing myself
And experienced the change

Morning whole wheats no sugar no sodium with
Silk almonds milk (Fiber + Protein)

Afternoon steel cut oatmeals it comes with
Raisins + sunflower nuts.

Evening almonds one fistful as snack

Before work out 2 cup of Fage non flavored
Greek yogurt with blue and rasp berries

Night one cop of Quiinoa and veggys like

Brussels sprouts or bracolli or beans etc

Those all diet coming to exercise

Morning 30mins cardios I start with 4 speed
Elevation 2 maintains 5 speed still 2 elevation

And in every 10 minutes I go to 8 speed and
4 elevation for a minute

Next weights at night
All machine weights and free weights

No matter if what u do this for a month or
so u will see the change in u.

chala different type of regimens unnaayi vunkl.... if you are interested check out insanity kind of stuff, definite ga work avuthaayi.. if you are sincere. asthma antunaar kavatti, need to be erry careful with any type of workout.

as long as you are working at it regularly results guaranteed in almost any regimen. wieghts based ayina, cardio based ayina.

i have treid a few kick boxing classes..avi kooda too much pani chesthunaayi... nee interest ni batti okati choose chesukoni give 6 months of full devotion.. aa tharvatha you wont look back.

if keeping yourself motivated is the main problem, i always suggest a trainer.. even for three months... konchem karchu ayina.. it helps to keep you in track.. and usually ppl tend to keep up wit the good work they have done.

I do follow many of these - i eat peanut butter sandwiches, eat only brown bread and brown rice, eat a few nuts every day (not 25, probably around 10), eggs not that many..etc..

How do you guys get HDL above 60, nenu ga regular ga exercise chestha, no smoking or drinking, BMI of 21, but still at 39. Has not moved one bit for the past 4-5 years (i maintain my yearly records in an excel sheet). As my LDL is very low at 71, it is not worrisome. Probably it is genetic as my father, brother all have HDLs around these levels. My brother is a cardiologist, he says that though the low HDL is worrying, because of our low LDLs, nothing to get concerned over.
