Irrespective of birth place I think the scheme should be extended to who ever gets admission as per the OU local rules. Anyway I think KCR has hinted that this fee reimbursement will be discontinued very soon so if that is the case then this 56 rule is just to reduce burden on the government. Spend less time trying to be brilliant and more time trying to avoid obvious stupidity. | ||
