Slowly attitude towards women at work place is changing and we are seeing more and more women at the higher levels of corporate management. I had very bad experience with Chinki lady manager who was born brought up here but anni chinki/desi buddulu..she takes everything personal 06/07 lo oka proj lo full desi consultants tharuvaatha daanini hire chesaaru..daani basic ga desis ante padadu...so remaining positions anni chinki/vietnam/whites ni hire chesukundi....she does so much of micro mgmt that work lenappuddu 5-10 mins extra break theesukunte meeting petti andariki cheppedi no extra breaks etc ani specific to desis.end of the proj slowly eveyrone started moving away including me as I got a better contract..she and I were good professionally 2010 lo started real struggle...I got a new proj as lead consultant in another company...and this same chinki manager joined FT in same company after 2 months...unfortunately my reporting manager got a better opputunity and he left...naa time baaleka same chinki manager ni vesaaru because she and I worked in same domain..I used to manage 3 diff teams in 3 time zones...deeniki desis padadu...she slowly started firing desi consultants for no reason and did not listen to me...I used to tell her they are experienced and proj risk lo untundi ani...she used to say I've hired better consultants...she totally screwed up the proj with her ego and the go live date was pushed by 6 months.....aa time lo naaku family lo too much stress ...parents were here...kid born and I need to take kid for some tests check-up etc...even then this chinki used to torture me at 11 pm IST with pings....not giving time-off for kid's checkups though I used to work OT..I came out of the the project for good | ||
