PD ekkadaki podu! if he can get H1 extn based on approved I140, he is good! he can file a fresh labor and use the earlier PD!

it depends.....chesina kooda oka 1-2 months lo H1 apply chesthe issue emi vundadu!ask him to file for H1 ASAP with approved I-140. He will get 3 year extension!

6 yrs cross ainaa he'd have an approved i-140 right..he could get 3 yrs based on his approved 140 with the current company
