so 2 crores ki 60% of construction land dorukuthundhi anuko..we can build 50 flats easily 2 crores - land cost 50 apartments construction cost ( 18 Lakhs * 50 = 9 crores ) so total investment - 11 crores okko apartment 30 lakhs ki amminaa...15 crores avstundhi..easy gaa 4 crores profit..... but this is very tough scenario..all 50 apartments povaalante | ||
